Professionally, I'm Interactive Partner and co-owner of Off to Market Inc., a communications company.
I wrote and photographed Toronto's Ravines and Urban Forests (Lorimer, 2015). The book was inspired by a life time romance with our ravines and by the work I do as a volunteer steward at the Todmorden Mills Wildflower Preserve and as a volunteer steward at the Beechwood Wetland. I also steward of Monarch Waystation #6835.
In October 2018 I became President of the Toronto Field Naturalists, after having served for two years on the Board of Directors and representing the TFN on the City of Toronto's Ravine Strategy Advisory Group (2015/2016). In November I started a four-year term as a Representative for the Don River in the TRCA's Regional Watershed Alliance.
